Is Open Box Delivery Allowed ?
We do not allow open box deliveries. This means that you would only be allowed to open the package after making payment for a cash on delivery order.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
Depending on your location it should take 3-8 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and WhatsApp (if the WhatsApp number was provided) with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is handling your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Non-liability for shipping delays. We use 3rd party courier services and we are not liable for delays in shipping. We share approximate number of days required for delivery along with the tracking number. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible.
